If Client wishes to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Any same-day cancellation or same-day rescheduling request, or any cancellation/rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be subject to a $75 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

If the photographer has already begun traveling to the property, arrives at the property, or is unable to access the property due to circumstances within Client’s control, the same $75 fee will apply.

Client must then reschedule the appointment to a new available date and time. Any remaining amount already paid will be applied toward the rescheduled appointment.

Additional fees may apply for repeated late rescheduling, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or property access issues.
